iMedica will certify Alliance physicians, who will then train physician colleagues in PM, clinical and VAR program operations. Two Alliance physicians completed certification in March 2009, with a total of 10 physicians scheduled to be certified by August 2009.

"Alliance hesitated to invest in technology that might become obsolete in one to two years," said Shroades. "iMedica met our standards on technology, longevity, flexibility and value, creating a perfect fit all around."

The iMedica PRM also offers total security by repopulating data lost in a power outage or disaster.
