ONRAD Announces Newly Bundled Services for a Single Package Price
Date:7/29/2009

Mr. Jesse A. Salen, Online Radiology Medical Group, Inc.'s (ONRAD) Vice President of Sales and Technology, announces the creation of competitively-priced service package.

Riverside, CA (PRWEB) July 29, 2009 -- Mr. Jesse A. Salen, Online Radiology Medical Group, Inc.'s (ONRAD) Vice President of Sales and Technology, announces the creation of competitively-priced service package. According to Mr. Salen, "In a tough economy, we felt it was necessary to offer our clients a complete cost-effective radiology coverage solution that can help them provide the highest level of patient care possible."

ONRAD's premier "ALL -IN-ONE" service package includes:

  • Onsite Radiology Coverage PLUS
  • Remote Radiology Coverage
  • PACS/RIS Application Service Provider model
ONRAD's Onsite Radiology Coverage PLUS service adds highly-qualified physicians to a radiology department's onsite staff to help them efficiently adjust to capacity fluctuations. Mr. Salen adds, "We don't stop at providing onsite staffing services, but also provide consistent and reliable access to an extensive network of world class, subspecialty-trained radiologists. They are licensed in every state, board-certified, and fully-compliant members of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)."

ONRAD 's Remote Radiology Coverage supplies experienced radiologists for nighthawk coverage, daytime overflow coverage and consulting. Nighthawk coverage can be used for both preliminary or final reports. For final reads, ONRAD's dayhawk coverage can help with overflow coverage, telelocums coverage, or sub specialty coverage. Once the service is set up, turnaround times average seventeen minutes on STAT cases. ONRAD does not charge standby or setup fees, and boasts one of the highest accuracy rates in the industry.

If a facility does not desire to make large capital investments and needs a web-based PACS or RIS, it will find ONRAD's PACS/RIS Application Service Provider (ASP) model extremely useful. By providing PACS as an ASP model, the facility can pay a small fee per study that is applied directly to its technical component reimbursement. ONRAD will act as both the IT staff and PACS administrator to ensure ease of use, and in turn, a positive ROI. In addition to an established, quality PACS, we will include a study viewer powered by GE's Centricity IW.

If you would like to learn more about ONRAD's new ALL-IN-ONE service, please visit booth number 553 at the AHRA 2009 Conference to be held August 9-13 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

ONRAD is a full-service radiology group offering remote preliminary and final interpretations of CT, NM, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, diagnostic X-ray, telemammography, echo-cardiograms, onsite staffing with a specialization in Critical Access Facility coverage and PACS ASP. ONRAD is JCAHO accredited and offers services throughout the U.S., 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
