In recognition of Arthritis Awareness Month, The Balancing Act’s Beth Troutman, along with special guests Carol Catalano and Chef David Leathers, show viewers some innovative tools that will help arthritis sufferers enjoy their time in the kitchen – cooking!

Carol Catalano and Chef David Leathers share with viewers that as sufferers of Arthritis, they have great difficulty pinching, pushing, twisting, and accomplishing other fine motor skills. These skills are necessary in daily food preparation and can be a frustrating challenge for those who have impaired use of their hands, fingers, wrists, and elbows.
