Recent Highlights
-- In May 2008, the Company estimates that more than one million home
treatments have been performed with the System One.
-- In May 2008, Medisystems Corporation, the Company's wholly-owned
subsidiary, entered into a new supply and distribution agreement with
Kawasumi Laboratories, Inc. regarding Kawasumi's continued supply of
blood tubing sets to Medisystems through January 31, 2010.
-- In March 2008, Tom Shea joined the Company as Senior Vice President of
Manufacturing Operations. Mr. Shea is responsible for all of NxStage's
manufacturing operations, including the Company's five manufacturing
