Nutrisystem Announces Latest Weight Loss Success Story: Military Mom Regains Fit Form; Plus, Five Tips for Workplace Wellness

Nutrisystem reveals the latest real-life weight loss success story. Tracy Shaffer, a mother of two, did what she could to shed the extra pounds, trying everything – from various weight loss programs to pills – but nothing worked.
