Date:7/9/2009

blue sky scrubs has released an enhanced version of their website. Since their release last year, blue sky scrubs has added new products and features, updated their content and pictures, and taken their SEO internal.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) July 9, 2009 -- Nursing scrubs and medical scrubs retailer has released a new version of their website, http://www.blueskyscrubs.com. Some of the changes are subtle, such as adding necessary links to their footer and creating a page dedicated to shipping and return/exchange information. Other enhancements include a ratings page and an articles and publications page. blue sky scrubs is especially excited about the ratings page. Potential customers like to know what others think about their products and service, plus it allows the management and design teams to see what their customers are saying, such as which scrubs fabrics are being requested, how the scrub hats fit, and color requests.

Since the release of their updated website that launched last July, blue sky scrubs has added Simple scrubs for women, a bouffant style scrub hat called the "poppy," and a fashionable men's scrubs line. In addition to the new products, blue sky scrubs has taken their SEO internal having the employees who are experts on the subject provide valuable and accurate descriptions for each of their scrubs products. Additionally, blue sky scrubs has added several new pictures to their website as they continue to grow their business.

The website is not the only area where blue sky scrubs has made changes. The medical scrubs retailer has perfected presenting their product as well. When a medical professional's hospital uniform arrives at their doorstep, they will find that opening their items is more like opening a gift: each set of scrubs is set in tissue paper and enclosed in a gift box.

Another important feature blue sky scrubs has added is UPS shipping service and return labels to make returns and exchanges a breeze. The once small medical uniform retailer has also changed their invoice so that there is a return/exchange form included with their order. These seemingly small changes make an enormous difference to their clients. After all, great customer service is the number one goal at blue sky scrubs. Their nursing scrubs and scrub caps are great but they also have the customer service to back up their amazing line of medical attire.

blue sky scrubs truly values customer feedback. Many of the changes made by this scrub company have been requests from their clients. Without feedback, a company can only hope they are going in the right direction. blue sky scrubs plans to make many more changes in the near future, including several new products, a website feature to view the status of an order, and a customer service phone line are among the few goals in the early planning stages.

To welcome the enhancements to their website, blue sky scrubs would like to invite all to take 10% off any order during the entire month of July. Enter code bss0709 during checkout.
