Novatus Contract Management Adds Three Key Roles; Positions Itself for Future Growth
Date:6/5/2013

Orlando, Florida (PRWEB) June 05, 2013

Novatus Contract Management is pleased to announce that it has named Ryan Tohill as Director of Strategic Partnerships, and added Michele Yurcich as Marketing Director and John Vinci as Systems Administrator. The additions are a result of the significant growth the company has seen over the last 12 months and its proactive strategic plans for the future.

In his new role, Mr. Tohill will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategic partnerships that add value for Novatus customers. With these alliances, clients of Novatus and its partner organizations can take advantage of ease of integration between their contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and e-signature, ERP, CPQ, CRM, contract discovery and e-sourcing systems they may already have in place or need to initiate for maximum efficiency.

“I am very excited to be a part of the Novatus team,” said Mr. Tohill. “As a former user of Novatus’ products while I was with Sony, I know first-hand how valuable their CLM solutions are for organizations, and how easy and customizable they are to employ from role to role, department to department. Now I get to share my own experiences and passion for Novatus with others and show them how well it can fit their needs.”

As Marketing Director, Ms. Yurcich will be overseeing the development of a comprehensive marketing and communication plan to provide current and future clients with critical data points in their CLM acquisition, utilization, and overall education.

Mr. Vinci has more than 18 years of relevant IT experience and a degree in information security systems. He is responsible for overseeing Novatus’ network, telecom, data center and corporate systems administration, information systems security, company infrastructure, and writing and reviewing RFP technical responses.

“I’m thrilled to have Ryan, Michele and John on the Novatus team,” said CEO
