Northern Trust Named Global Custodian to North Shore-LIJ Health System in New York

CHICAGO, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Northern Trust announced today that it has been selected as global custodian to the North Shore-LIJ Health System, the nation's third largest not-for-profit secular health care system. Northern Trust will provide global custodian, benefit payment, plan accounting and investment risk and analytical services to the Health System's $1.0 billion of invested funds.
