NorthShore University HealthSystem Launches Diabetes Outreach Program for Lake County's Medically Underserved

le="NorthShore Foundation">NorthShore Foundation has created a special committee and advisory group -- Founding Families -- to help partner in raising friends and funds for the program.
   
The Auxiliary of Highland Park Hospital is making a $1 million commitment to Be-Well Lake County to be distributed over the next 5 years.
