Rick Carson's workshop, Taming Your Gremlin®, A Surprisingly Simple Method for Getting Out of Your Own Way, will experientially help us take our knowledge of the Gremlin-Taming method to the next level illuminating some of the key strategies and principles that make the method so powerful. Because of the experiential nature of this presentation, you will leave not only able to use the method to enhance your own life, but to help your clients and others important to you begin to apply it on their own.

Rick Carson is the author of four Harper Collins books. His seminal work, Taming Your Gremlin, has had a remarkable track record having been a top seller for Harper since its publication in 1984. It has been translated into several languages leading to a Revised Edition in 2003 and a sequel, A Master Class in Gremlin Taming, 2008. Rick is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a former faculty member at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and founder of the Gremlin Taming Institute.
