North Central Surgical Center Sponsors Dallas Bone Bash

North Central Surgical Center, a surgical hospital specializing in orthopedic services, is a fourth-year sponsor of $10,000 for the eighth annual Dallas Bone Bash, which will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science.

NCSC is a sponsor due to their relationship with the Carrell Clinic and Dr. Buz Burkhead, the physician behind the Bone Bash. The Bone Bash is an annual Halloween-themed event with proceeds benefitting the programs and services of the Arthritis Foundation, which raises the funds to help find a cure and end the pain of the nation’s number-one cause of disability.

The Bash’s new venue for this year, the incomparable Perot Museum of Nature and Science, is full of interactive exhibits that engage all five senses. Guests will be magically transported to New Orleans for a memorable Halloween Eve. Adorned in costumes and masks, guests will mix and mingle with witch doctors, zombies, vampires, and ghosts as they roam throughout the Perot Museum. Entertainment abounds with games of chance, fortune tellers and tarot card readers, amazing auction packages and fabulous food stations featuring Cajun Cuisine provided by acclaimed chef Wolfgang Puck. In addition, this year will feature the “backbone cracking music” of New Orleans’ own “Flow Tribe” (http://www.flowtribe.com) with a special appearance by the band that has been with Bone Bash since the beginning, “Doctor Doctor.”
