North American Seminars Online Continuing Education Courses Receive California Approval for Physical Therapists and PTA's Continuing Medical Education Requirements

Effective as of November 2009, all physical therapists and physical therapy assistants licensed in the State of California must accumulate the required number of hours of continuing education in each license renewal cycle pursuant to section 1399.91 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR). These North American Seminars, PT online continuing education courses meet the requirements set forth for license approval and are pre-approved for continuing education credit.

The Lymphedema Toolbox™ is a software program that provides the clinician with patient and professional education on a range of topics dealing with lymphedema. The information in the software is designed to be printed and provided to patients and professionals. 15.0 hours of continuing education for CA licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants.

Utilizing Pilates to Enhance Rehabilitation Outcomes is an Online Continuing education course for physical therapists with a DVD resources. This course delivers an understanding of how to perform over eight Pilates exercises and integrate Pilates into your rehabilitation program. 10.0 hours of continuing education for CA licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants.

The Interactive Shoulder Algorithm is exciting learning tool for individual therapists or teams of therapists seeking to effectively evaluate the shoulder complex for orthopedic dysfunction. It provides therapists
