Lenexa, Kan. (PRWEB) December 13, 2008 -- B. E. Formerly vice president, senior executive search, Noland has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles for hospitals, home care companies, health systems and national healthcare organizations.

In her new role, Noland will lead B. E. Smith's business development and management of services for boards of directors and CEOs. Her duties include CEO recruitment, as well as managing the search process to help clients select the ideal CEO candidate.

"Kathy has a proven track record of guiding boards through the executive selection process, as well as leading various organizations through mergers, restructures and financial turnarounds," said Doug Smith, chief executive officer, B. Prior to joining B. E. Smith, Noland was an executive at Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City with administrative responsibility. She has more than 15 years of university teaching experience in nursing administration, critical care, quality management and strategic planning.
