B. E. Smith, a leading healthcare provider of interim and executive placement and consulting solutions, today announced the promotion of Kathy Noland to vice president of board and CEO services. Formerly vice president, senior executive search, Noland has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles for hospitals, home care companies, health systems and national healthcare organizations.

Smith, a leading healthcare provider of interim and executive placement and consulting solutions, today announced the promotion of Kathy Noland to vice president of board and CEO services. Formerly vice president, senior executive search, Noland has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles for hospitals, home care companies, health systems and national healthcare organizations.
In her new role, Noland will lead B. E. Smith's business development and management of services for boards of directors and CEOs. Her duties include CEO recruitment, as well as managing the search process to help clients select the ideal CEO candidate.
