NHC physicians are also available to cover night calls for physicians
in private practice as well as for nursing homes and acute care facilities.
The company is currently evaluating telemedicine vendors, with an eye to
remotely examining and evaluating patients via video telemetry. NHC serves
facilities in Missouri but will soon have night hospitalists practicing
