Date:9/19/2013

(PRWEB) September 19, 2013

Nicholas (Niko) Pothitakis has been selected to the 2013 Iowa Super Lawyers list. No more than 5% of the lawyers in Iowa are selected by Super Lawyers.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multi-phase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice areas. The result is a credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers magazines and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country. Super Lawyers magazines also feature editorial profiles of attorneys who embody excellence in their practice of law.

Mr. Pothitakis is a native to the state of Iowa and has been working hard over the last twenty years to help people with their work injury and worker’s compensation claims in Iowa. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa with a dual degree in economics and finance while graduating with honors and high distinction. He went on to attend the university of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. In the Summer of 1991 he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence. Since the time of his graduation he has been working in Iowa where he is the principle attorney at the Pothitakis Law Firm P.C. located in both Burlinton, IA and Keokuk, IA.
