NexGen Biofuels Ltd Announces the Change of its' Symbol to "NXGN"

NEW YORK, February 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NexGen Biofuels Ltd., (NASDAQ: NXGN) (the "Company") today announced the change of its symbol to "NXGN".

The company has changed its name on January 28, 2008, and today its symbol from HCTL to NXGN, to more clearly reflect its new business, which is to pursue alternative and renewable fuel sources and to produce such fuel through the acquisition of existing production facilities and/or through the building of new production facilities.
