MEDICAL OFFICE DEVELOPER GROWS TO MEET MARKET DEMAND

DENVER and CHICAGO, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- NexCore Group (http://www.nexcorehealthcare.com), a leading healthcare real estate developer, opened a regional office in Chicago, Illinois. To support its rapid growth in 2008, NexCore hired seasoned healthcare real estate executives William Maggard in its Chicago office and Mervyn Alphonso in its Baltimore office.
