New theraplex SA FACIAL PEEL Shows True Colors at Cosmetic Boot Camp
Date:6/23/2009

MEMPHIS, Tenn., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Theraplex Company, makers of the Theraplex line of medical moisturizers, unveiled the new theraplex SA FACIAL PEEL last week at the Cosmetic Boot Camp in Aspen, Colorado. It sparked a lot of excitement among dermatologists attending the camp.

The new peel is an in-office, superficial salicylic acid peel treatment available in 25% and 30% concentrations. This versatile skin procedure can be used on all skin types to improve the appearance of acne prone and photo-damaged skin and has a visible impact on melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Theraplex SA Facial Peel is packaged in a convenient, easy-to-use kit, which includes theraplex HYDROLOTION. This noncomedogenic, hypoallergenic, daily skin moisturizer restores moisture and protects your skin's natural barrier from the harsh effects of the environment.

"I was glad to see the new theraplex SA FACIAL PEELs at the recent Cosmetic Boot Camp," said Vic A. Narurkar, MD, Chief of Dermatology at California Pacific Medical Center. "I use salicylic acid peels on patients with all skin types because they're effective, easy to administer, have an excellent safety record, and there's virtually no patient down time."

The new theraplex SA FACIAL PEEL kits will be priced at $18.50 per kit, with additional introductory discount offers, which make these kits an exceptional value.

"We're pleased to be able to offer the medical community a cost effective and convenient salicylic acid peel," said Mike Pietrangelo, managing partner of The Theraplex Company, LLC.

Theraplex SA FACIAL PEELS are available only through medical professionals. The Theraplex line of moisturizers is available behind the pharmacy counter at major retail pharmacies, such as Walgreens, CVS and Rite-Aid, as well as independent pharmacies. No prescription is necessary
