New on Are You Making These 7 Dieting Mistakes?

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) July 11, 2013

Registered Dietitian and Founder of Tatalou Science Nathalie Chevreau, PhD, R.D., published an article today on explaining seven common pitfalls dieters face while trying to lose weight.

The article, titled “Are You Making These 7 Dieting Mistakes?” uncovers problems that can arise because of crash diets, skipping breakfast, hidden extra calories, snacking, misreading “low-fat,” drinking calories and not drinking enough water.

“Dieting is more than just losing weight, and it should be focused on healthiness, not skinniness,” said Chevreau. “It’s about changing your eating habits to obtain a healthy body and lifestyle.”

Chevreau’s company, Tatalou Science, offers natural health supplements designed specifically for women. One of the products, Bene-Fiit, helps women lose weight naturally while providing increased energy while helping to suppress unwanted craving*. It’s designed to promote faster and more effective weight loss the healthy way without the jitters, crankiness and emptiness of stimulant-laden products.
