http://www.totalcontrolprogram.com offers women a community for their pelvic health and fitness

CHICAGO, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Women's Health Foundation (WHF) announced today the launch of its micro-site http://www.totalcontrolprogram.com along with the publishing of its book, "You Go Girl, But Only When You Want To!" The site serves as both a resource for consumers seeking information about pelvic health and fitness as well as a clearinghouse for instructors and facilities teaching the foundation's innovative fitness and educational program for women, Total Control(TM).

In addition to its new micro-site, the Women's Health Foundation will soon release its fitness and educational DVD titled, "The Total Control(TM) Workout: Be Fit, Be Sexy, Be In Control". This DVD will allow women to perform their Total Control(TM) exercises in the privacy of their own home.

"So many women suffered pelvic health issues in silence, and we can now finally offer them a forum to speak without hesitation," explains WHF founder Missy Lavender. "We can bring women together to learn, become educated, be empowered to become healthy and then transform themselves into Pelvic Floor Evangelists!"

The site is an easy-to-use design featuring an abundance of information related to pelvic health and wellness, personal success stories, local and national resources, upcoming events and tips for women with incontinence issues.

Total Control(TM) is a seven-week fitness class for women that incorporate education and exercises designed by exercise physiologists, physical therapists and physicians. The Total Control(TM) program is offered through the Women's Health Foundation. Classes can be found at various locations nationwide, such as hospitals, wellness and fitness centers and YMCAs.
