The site serves as both a resource for consumers seeking information about pelvic health and fitness as well as a clearinghouse for instructors and facilities teaching the foundation's innovative fitness and educational program for women, Total Control(TM).

In addition to its new micro-site, the Women's Health Foundation will soon release its fitness and educational DVD titled, "The Total Control(TM) Workout: Be Fit, Be Sexy, Be In Control". This DVD will allow women to perform their Total Control(TM) exercises in the privacy of their own home.
