New Website Helps Families of Dialysis Patients Answer the Question: "Do I Have a Valid Legal Claim For the Wrongful Death of My Family Member?"
Date:7/18/2013

Birmingham, Alabama (PRWEB) July 18, 2013

Dialysis Lawsuit, a website launched July 17, 2013, is designed with three goals in mind, says personal injury attorney Michael J. Evans. Evans developed the new website in conjunction with several other complex litigation firms who have teamed up to represent families with legal claims involving dialysis, including claims against the maker of the recalled dialysis drug GranuFlo (eg Case no. 2:2013cv00371).

"First we want to help families determine if they have a valid claim against the maker of the recalled dialysis drug GranuFlo or against some other party, such as an outpatient dialysis center. Second, we want to help families who have valid legal claims get the compensation they deserve. And finally, we want to provide safety tips for current dialysis patients and their families," said Evans.

"Some of the safety tips found at Dialysis Lawsuit are based on CDC documents which reveal that half of all bloodstream infections could be prevented if dialysis center employees would just wash their hands, properly clean catheters before they are inserted into other patients, and use similar common-sense procedures," said Evans.
