New Vaporizer Technologies Revolutionize Smoking

Several new entrants into the vaporizer market are introducing new technologies. These vaporizers represent a true alternative to smoking. They deliver more of the flavor and you don't lose any of the effect. With no smoke, only virtually transparent vapor remains. Manufacturers, including, Iolite, Arizer, MiniVap, Magic Flight, Vapir, BM Innovators, and Eterra will indroduce new models in 2010.

(PRWEB) March 28, 2010 -- A multitude of toxic materials are present in smoke. This device eliminates the tar and smoke along with a high percentage of the materials found in smoke, yet it maintains the basic taste, effect, and aroma of the material. Several new entrants into the vaporizer market are introducing new technologies. Manufacturers, including, Iolite, Airizer, MiniVap, Magic Flight, Vapir, BM Innovators, and Eterra will introduce new models in 2010.

Vaporizers represent a true alternative to smoking. They deliver more of the flavor found in the natural plant material and you don’t lose the effect, yet the overall reduction in chemicals due to a lack of combustion is huge.

“Try a vaporizer because you practically don't miss anything with a vaporizer" said Darren Romar from VaporizeIt, leading distributor of high grade vaporizers.

With the smoke removed, only virtually transparent vapor remains, often perplexing first-time users of the system. But after a couple of uses, it becomes clear that the results are impressive. Vaporizers deliver and can be an alternative.

“You can’t beat the peace of mind that comes from eliminating the smoke itself!" added Romar

According to Romar, the primary requirement of a vaporizer is the capacity to maintain the temperature just above the point of vaporization in order to obtain an optimum level of both efficiency and flavor, along with minimized production of harmful substances. Other points are the greatest level of safety for the user, ease of operation, which is separate from the vaporizing process.

A vaporizer solves the problem of hot-air generation by employing an astoundingly simple principle: the air is pumped through a heated area and thus inevitably assumes the desired temperature, while a convection design ensures the air flow remains constant.

“These devices dramatically reduce combusted materials from inhaled vapor. We expect new models from MiniVap, Eterra, Vapir, and BM Innovators to offer better performance and more convenience,” said Steve Steinberg, president of VaporizeIt.

He explained that a vaporizer is designed to heat material to temperatures of 130° to 230° C (266° to 446° F) where active vapors are produced, but below the threshold of combustion where smoke is formed.

Steinberg also noted that "Smoke contains tons of other chemicals that come from the combustion and with smoking, the active ingredients are also vaporized. Vaporizers use heat just like a pipe or cigarette or food smoker uses heat.”

Apparently, the combustion that comes with smoking is not what releases the nicotine in a cigarette, or what releases the fundamental non-smoke aromas. The heat from the combustion does the trick. A vaporizer stops short of combusting the material, but it still flash heats the active ingredients just as smoking flash heats the active ingredients.

“Vaporizing uses the same principle as smoking but it stops just short of combustion, and that practically eliminates the byproducts of combustion” said Steinberg.
