New Study Shows Kutting Weight Sauna Suit Benefits Fitness and Weight Loss Goals
Date:12/8/2015

Today Kutting Weight® announces the results of a new study testing the benefits of the Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing in the areas of fitness and weight loss. The study showed the sauna suit assisted subjects in obtaining their fitness goals by increasing their metabolism and burning more calories.

In November 2015, Dr. Lance Dalleck and his team at Western State Colorado University performed a comprehensive study on Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing to determine the fitness benefits, if any existed. The results were astounding. As cited in the official study, "The most important finding of this study is that it provides scientific evidence to support the notion that exercise with the Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing contributes to a significantly increased metabolism (20.8%) and facilitates greater weight loss (40.4%) when compared to exercise performed under similar conditions with no sauna suit clothing."

Significant improvements in energy expenditure, or calorie burning, were also discovered. Subjects wearing the sauna suit burned up to 13% more calories than those not wearing the clothing. These numbers reflect the benefits during the workout, but what about after the workout? Excess Post Oxygen Consumption, or EPOC, was shown to be up to 22% higher for hours following a workout. This means after subjects removed the sauna suit, their bodies continued to burn up to 22% more calories and fat for hours.

Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing safely increases a wearer’s core body temperature. In response, his or her body will begin to work harder, using more calories to regulate and control the internal temperature. A higher metabolic rate and greater work demand placed on the body mean an excellent and proven way to safely and effectively shed body fat.

“Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing offers the most advanced products for weight loss in the fitness industry,” says Dustin Zahursky, founder of Kutting Weight® and national champion wrestler for Lindenwood University.

Kutting Weight® pioneered using a resilient neoprene material for its sauna suits. While others used low-quality and unsafe PVC plastic suits, Kutting Weight® made the commitment to provide more to consumers. The company’s neoprene sauna suit is a closed-celled fabric type, meaning that it wicks sweat away and does not absorb odor.

Its neoprene sauna suit clothing is extremely durable and very comfortable. It is so tough that it allows for maximum flexibility during the most intense workouts and can withstand the elements of outdoors training.

The Kutting Weight® sauna suit uses specially designed ventilation zones to allow the user’s body to safely raise its internal temperature and trigger a natural metabolic increase. This design ensures users get the most benefit without the dangers of overheating.

Best of all, the Kutting Weight® sauna suit is designed and proven to be completely safe. As noted by Dr. Dalleck, “In addition to being more effective, exercise while wearing the Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing also proved to be safe.” Within the study, there were a total of 48 total exercise sessions. These workouts ranged from moderate to vigorous intensity. No adverse events were reported and all physiological responses remained within normal ranges.

Unlike plastic-based suits, Kutting Weight® sauna suit clothing offers the reliability and durability of neoprene. If you are looking for a safe, effective, and scientifically proven way to achieve all of your athletic and fitness goals, then it’s time to discover Kutting Weight®.
