Date:2/18/2010

Made of 3M Safety Walk™, Martinson-Nicholls new Safety Bath and Sill Mats feature a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface and built-in fungicide control potential bacteria. Safety Bath may be cut to fit baths, shower stalls, and floors where water and slipping is a concern; Safety Sill is applied to the sill of the bathtub for added safety.

Cleveland, OH (PRWEB) February 18, 2010 -- Using 3M Pressure Sensitive Safety Walk™, Martinson-Nicholls has come up with new companion Safety Bath and Sill Mats, a versatile slip-resistant system to help control slip and fall in your bathroom and shower areas. Applicable for both commercial and residential customers, these anti-slip mats can be used on floors, tubs and showers. Both mats have a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, built-in fungicide control potential bacteria, and may be cut to fit baths, shower stalls, and floors where soapy water and slipping is a concern.

The sill of the tub is usually overlooked when it comes to anti-slip, but many people use the sill as a footrest for drying, or even to enter or exit the tub. Martinson-Nicholls new Safety Sill Mat adds a 3M Safety-Walk slip-resistant material to this otherwise slippery area.

According to company president Dan Ruminski, "Bathroom safety is more important than ever before in that a larger share of our population is now becoming senior citizens. Our Safety Bath and Sill Mats help address this issue."

Safety Bath and Sill Mat peel and stick technology is fast and extremely easy to use. Available in white and clear, it provides safer footing for wet surfaces. The Safety Sill Mat comes in 6" x 24" and 6" x 30" standard sizes. Safety Bath is offered in 12" x 24" and 12" x 30" sizes. Both mats are offered in white or clear, and custom sizes are available on request.

Safety Bath and Sill Mats feature all vinyl construction, are made to last for years, and stick to most dry, clean surfaces. This product allows you to create a safer environment in your home or commercial facility. It is very pleasing to look at, and will not compromise your décor. In many installations, the clear Safety Bath and Sill Matting cannot be seen once applied. They are easy to clean, and the built-in fungicide keeps the mats sanitary.
