SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- For many pet owners, there is no value that can be put on their beloved four-legged friends. Veterinarians can also use the library as a referral source for patients in need of information on caring for their pets. Content for the PurinaCare library is being provided by Animal Care Technologies (ACT), a leading provider of training resources, videos and DVDs for the veterinary and animal shelter industries.
