New Patient-Centered Website,, Launched By BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Today BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy (BioPlus), one of the nation’s leading innovative specialty pharmacies, launches a new website at to provide patients a place to access their patient dashboard, get answers to questions about their health concerns, and learn about the latest advances in treatment.

“The BioPlus Health website really is ‘Where Health and Education Come Together’ for our patients. We developed this site so patients can find the answers they need, as well as have an easy way to connect to health and prescription information. Patients will even be able to connect directly with pharmacists and access any patient forms through this one simple location,” shares Nick Maroulis, Pharm.D., Vice President of Specialty Pharmacy Services at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy.

A quick tour of the website shows an easy-to-navigate site with four key areas:

1. Patient Dashboard: Here is where patients find the patient dashboard and can access their prescription information, refill requests, medication information, and manage their personal information.

2. Patient Information: In this area, patients can access information on financial assistance, FAQs, patient stories, and information about the patient dashboard.

3. Your Health: This is where patients can learn about their diseases, medications, foundation information, and what to expect during the treatment process.

4. News & Articles: Patients can read late-breaking articles about medical discoveries and upcoming treatments for the core diseases – such as hepatitis C, cancer, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or hemophilia – facing BioPlus patients.

“Patients are the end-user of our new site, but we’re finding that prescribers welcome the information provided to their patients here – since better-informed patients make better health decisions – as well as payers benefiting from more tools available in their customers’ hands,” adds Dr. Maroulis.
