ading orthopedic medical journals. Irwin received his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Michigan, conducted his residency at the William Beaumont Hospital and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, as well as limb salvage sabbatical at Harvard University.

Before joining Mount Clemens Regional, Irwin had served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Beaumont Hospitals, as well as Corporate Director of Oncology Services and Director of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Services.

Norman completed her undergraduate and medical degree at Indiana University, and her orthopedic residency at Howard University. She is one of only 12 fellows training in orthopedic oncology in the nation.

"Including myself, there are only 12 surgeons training fellows in this specialty in the nation," Irwin said. "We see this as a wonderful opportunity to bring highly skilled surgeons to Southeast Michigan, and offer their talents to provide the best treatment available to our patients."
