Date:4/3/2009

ortlessly in a booklet that can be easily be taken to any doctor's office or hospital or used in case of an emergency.

The 30-page organizer was developed by Grace Bender, who for years helped take care of her mother and her multiple prescriptions and over-the-counter medications from various physicians. To ease the hassle for her mother, Grace developed charts to help her take them with greater ease.

MyMedManager™ is currently receiving rave reviews from healthcare experts, doctors and patients alike.

Tommy Thompson, former Secretary of Health and JHuman Services Department and a MyMedManager™ user said: "Taking medications, as directed, is critical to an individuals' well-being. Grace Bender's MyMedManager™ is a smart tool that patients use to remind them to take their medication on time and as directed. MyMedManager™ is also a useful instrument for physicians, healthcare providers, and pharmacists to review their patients' medications, to protect their life and improve their health."

Dr. Richard Perry (M.A.C.P) said: "During office visits, my patient was often uncertain about doses, names of medications, and important precautions. This quickly changed into an efficient, accurate review when the patient began using the MyMedManager™ medication chart."

Mill Moorhead, a MyMedManager™ user, said: "I was recently diagnosed with an illness, the treatment for which required me to take a number of powerful pain medications. The medications made me practically delirious and MyMedManager™ helped me keep track
