New Lung Association Study Shows $142 Billion Benefit of Converting to Zero-Emission Vehicles by 2030

The analysis is divided into upstream well-to-tank and downstream tank-to-wheel data for criteria pollutants and greenhouse gases. Costs to society were determined for criteria pollutant human health damages, including estimates for secondary particulate matter and global warming damages.
