New Book, Mommy, Where Do Customers Come From?, Enables Public To Give And

Receive

HOLMDEL, N.J., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Mommy, Where Do Customers Come From?, the new Internet marketing book by successful New Jersey entrepreneur Larry Bailin, is poised to make a big splash in the publishing world for its timely content and the author's generous charitable campaign, 'Billy Gives Back'. The campaign, in conjunction with Amazon.com, is driven by the book's mascot, Billy, who poses the title question and whose persona has taken on a life of its own with the launch of this one-of-a-kind donation program. On November 15th customers are urged go to the Mommy Where Do Customers Come From? site (http://www.mommywheredocustomerscomefrom.com) for a one day book buy where the profits of all book sales on that day will go to the following charities, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, American Heart Association, Special Olympics, and the American Cancer Society.

Along with this charitable campaign there will be an exclusive publisher's launch party on November 15th from 6-9pm at The Frog and The Peach restaurant in New Brunswick, NJ. Guests at the launch party will enjoy a night of great networking and food, and in the process help give back through this charitable campaign. Tickets for this event are $49 per person, including admission and an autographed copy of Mommy, Where Do Customers Come From?. All other profits from the ticket cost will be donated to the four charities involved. Tickets are limited and reservations are required.

Author Larry Bailin, founder of Single Throw Internet marketing firm and recent recipient of NJBiz's 40 Under Forty award, has written this book to provide readers with a fresh look at customer types and the changing face of marketing in this age of the Internet. "Consumers today are savvier due in large part to the Internet. The new book was born out of a need to share the information I have gathered over the years from working with large corporations to small home-based businesses," says author Larry Bailin. "It also gave me a chance to do something good for my community and contribute in some small measure to these very worthy causes. I have been very fortunate and believe it is important to give as much as you receive." All the profits from the one-day launch and its party will be given to the charities. The more books bought by the public, the larger the donations will be to each charity.
