New Calculator Planned for Wellness Solutions & Programs by Orriant Corporate Offices Slated for Summer 2013 Launch
Date:5/6/2013

s of up to 20 or 30%, as offered by the Federal Government; that should not be the core focus of their efforts. “If you engage in Orriant’s services thinking of only your potential hard cost savings, then you are missing the boat on the much larger long-term benefits created by changing your employee culture with our program,” said Darrell Moon, CEO of Orriant. Impressive short-term savings, but wait…

Orriant has stated clearly that the longer a company stays with their intent to make a gradual, yet aggressive change in their culture, the better the company performs overall and reduces healthcare costs. Orriant (proper noun): The persistent efforts provided by wellness coaches who have at least a four-year degree in a health related field. An employee preferred solution to rising healthcare costs, and a means for business owners to permanently change their culture through employee incentives and regular communication about their health goals.

The popularity of corporate wellness programs continues to grow, and due to their effectiveness, this trend should be sustained for many years. For more information on the new calculator, please visi
