New Book Jailhouse Strong Offers Innovative Training Methods
Date:10/23/2013

Santa Barbara, California (PRWEB) October 23, 2013

On September 29, 2013 Back Arms Publications released Jailhouse Strong exclusively through Amazon.com. Jailhouse Strong offers a system of functional body weight movements and foundational weight training that is based on the workout habits developed behind bars.

Through interviews with personalities ranging from a former Mr. Olympia, who started lifting behind bars, to a co-founder of the Crips street gang, Jailhouse Strong describes the workouts prisoners use to become lean and powerful.

While the Jailhouse Strong workout programs and philosophies were developed in prison, the adaptability of Jailhouse Strong allows this training system to be applicable for people from all walks of life. Moreover, Jailhouse Strong training can be done in a cell, a hotel room, a park, a gym, or just about anywhere.

Jailhouse Strong is from a collaboration between co-authors and lifelong friends, Josh Bryant and Adam benShea. Bryant is a former champion power lifter, who now runs his elite strength training business out of the world famous MetroFlex gym and from his website http://www.joshstrength.com. benShea is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has won the California, Pan American, and world championships. He teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a college lecturer on California’s central coast.

Whether you are doing 10 to 25 or working 9 to 5, for less than the cost of a day pass to any trendy chain gym, you can get Jailhouse Strong by ordering the book through Amazon.
