“Usually people associate physical development with training, but that is only a small part of the entire spectrum,” said Shamy. “Most fitness books include one or two of the three areas of fitness - exercise, diet and supplements – my book covers all three comprehensively.”
Shamy is not a certified trainer. Rather, he is a layperson, just like the reader, compelled to share his knowledge so the average person can understand the information and apply it to their own lives.
“Rather than giving a set of instructions based on a strategy,” said Shamy. “I offer insight as to the strategy itself. This way the reader can understand the methodology behind the instruction itself.”
