New Anti-Aging Skin Care Line Promotes Penetration
Date:6/25/2010

Dr. Douglas Hamilton’s DEEP Skin Care has launched with a new technology that the skin care industry has pursued for years: enhanced absorption.

(PRWEB) June 25, 2010 -- Dr. Hamilton’s DEEP Skin Care has launched with a new technology that the skin care industry has pursued for years: enhanced absorption. Developed by Beverly Hills dermatologist, Douglas Hamilton M.D., co-author of the international best seller, “Beverly Hills Beauty Secrets” (Wiley and Sons, publisher) the line deals with the complexity and difficulty of getting theoretically valuable ingredients, such as anti-oxidants, to absorb deeply enough to actually yield their intended effects.

“It is of little use to have a wonderful list of ingredients in your anti-aging cream or lotion if they merely sit on the label or your skin surface,” says Dr. Hamilton. “We have a patent-pending absorption enhancer (DEEP Delivery Enhancer, or DCE) which increases the penetration of our anti-aging night cream (DEEP Cell Activate, or DCA). The enhancer comes out of the jar as a powder-quantified by our tiny serving spoon- and converts to a liquid in your palm; then it is applied to the face. Two minutes later, our DEEP Cell Activate is applied over it, therein obtaining maximum absorption of the anti-aging DCA."

The DEEP Cell Activate reconditions and protects the skin in two ways at two levels: #1) It contains ceramides which are needed for a healthy outer layer of skin, i.e., the epidermis. It has been recognized recently by basic science research that a healthy epidermis is the most effective protection against age-inducing free radicals that the skin possesses. The DCA helps maintain epidermal health and slows the aging process. #2) It contains all the highest ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) rated and most needed anti-oxidants so far discovered: Vitamins C & E, açaí, and goji berries. Additionally, the derivative of retinoic acid (retinyl palmitate) can help stimulate collagen synthesis.

“We have dramatic before and after photos from our twelve week clinical studies which demonstrate changes greater than we had a right to expect. My position on skin care has always emphasized prevention not reversal of aging; we leave that to procedures. However, our trials are beginning to change my position on this. No Photoshop. Simply the truth.”

Dr. Hamilton’s new DEEP Skin Care Line can be purchased online at www.deepskincare.com and at select Beverly Hills boutiques.
