Nevada Cancer Institute Names Stephen J. Cloobeck Chairman of the Board

Cloobeck's global expertise and national presence make him uniquely qualified to lead NVCI

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) June 11, 2009 -- Stephen J. Cloobeck, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Resorts International® (DRI), has been elected as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Cancer Institute (NVCI) effective July 1, 2009. Cloobeck succeeds founding Chairman of the Board, Heather Murren, who served as the Institute's only chairman since NVCI was founded eight years ago.

John C. Ruckdeschel, M.D., NVCI director and CEO, said "I've watched Heather build up the Institute from our very first day. She has done a remarkable job and has achieved so much in such a short time.
