scuss outstanding issues raised with respect to the eprodisate (KIACTA(TM)) application and a decision from the EMEA is expected by year end, or shortly thereafter. The Marketing Authorization Application is being reviewed under the EMEA's centralized procedure. An authorization from the EMEA would apply to all 27 European Union member states, as well as Norway and Iceland.

Reimbursable costs revenue amounted to $73,000 for the current quarter ($332,000 for the nine-month period), compared to $152,000 for the same period in the previous year ($534,000 for the nine-month period) and consists of costs reimbursable by Centocor in respect of eprodisate (KIACTA(TM))-related activities.
