Netsmart Named to Healthcare Informatics Top 100 List
Date:5/23/2013

Overland Park, KS (PRWEB) May 23, 2013

Netsmart today announced it is ranked #49 in the Healthcare Informatics Top 100 listing of healthcare information technology (HIT) providers for 2013.

The HCI 100 listing was published in the June 2013 issue of Healthcare Informatics magazine. Netsmart’s ranking of #49 is up from #56 on the 2012 list.

“Our strong continued growth is largely due to our commitment to helping organizations forge the right path in this tumultuous period of healthcare where resources are scarce, the demand for care is unprecedented and the ability to provide coordinated, integrated care is expected,” said Michael Valentine, chief executive officer, Netsmart. “Our seven-year presence on the HCI 100 list is also a testament to our viability and stability as leader in our industry and as a long-term partner for our clients.”

Each year, Healthcare Informatics ranks the 100 vendors with the highest revenues derived from healthcare IT products and services earned in the U.S. based on revenue information from the previous year. The Healthcare Informatics 100 listing offers a unique information resource and financial overview of vendors active in the healthcare IT market.

In April of this year, Netsmart introduced Netsmart CareFabric™, a framework of clinical and business solutions that supports integrated, coordinated delivery of health services. CareFabric includes solutions and services such as revenue cycle management, benchmarking, and cloud, SaaS and application hosting services that can help providers improve business and operational efficiencies.
