Natural Nutrition Renames Former Business Lending Subsidiary i-Nutrition, Inc.

HOUSTON and OTTAWA, March 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Natural Nutrition, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NTNI) http://www.naturalnutritioninc.com announced today that its subsidiary, CSI Business Finance, Inc., has been renamed i-Nutrition, Inc. As the company previously disclosed in its third quarter 10Q, the lending activities of CSI Business Finance have been wound down, no new loans have been made, and all proceeds from loan payments received going forward will be used to fund the growth of Natural Nutrition's direct to consumer sales. "i-Nutrition, Inc. will be the company's primary marketing arm outside Canada, and we intend to focus all of our capital resources on growing the sales of Natural Nutrition's products throughout the world. We believe our shareholder interests are best served in growing sales and filling the capacity of our manufacturing subsidiary InterACTIVE Nutrition, Inc. and will have the most impact on our bottom line. Small business lending is no longer part of our business plan."
