All users have to do is click on the “Chat Now” tab and then, enter their name and email address. From there, a representative will be able to answer questions and provide assistance in choosing the best adult diaper or disposable underwear.
After the chat session, users can choose to have the chat transcript emailed to them for reference. Users will also have the chance to rate the representative’s service by clicking on the “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” icon.
“The chat tool has only been up for a few days, and we’ve already seen a high volume of users. I think that this chat feature will make the shopping experience more convenient for both new visitors and returning customers,” Mercer said.
