National Insurance Company Looks to Indianapolis-based TriDigital Solutions for Affordable CD Replication and Mailing Project

Insurance agents of a national insurance company will receive critical, time-sensitive data and updates three to four times a year via compact discs. The CDs will be replicated, packaged and mailed by TriDigital Solutions, a national, full-service CD and DVD replication and duplication company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) May 11, 2010 -- Indianapolis, Indiana-based TriDigital Solutions (, a full service CD and DVD duplication, replication and custom packaging company could replicate more than 360,000 data compact discs annually for a large, national insurance company also headquartered in Indianapolis.

TriDigital Solutions’ National Sales Director Greg Phelps says that his company has been managing CD and DVD replication and duplication projects for this company over the past four years, but this is the largest project to date. Due to a confidentiality agreement, TriDitigal Solutions cannot disclose the client at this time.

“Trust combined with our ability to manufacture, package and mail, allowed us to win this project. We were able to provide the client with 4-color CD mailers which are sized in a way that allows them to take advantage of the lowest presort postal rates available. That alone is a huge savings when you are talking about tens of thousands of CDs,” says Phelps.

Phelps says the insurance company needs to distribute rate information and other insurance product information on CD to their agents more quickly and affordably. TriDigital Solutions is able to integrate the CD manufacturing, packaging, and mailing and streamline the process. “With businesses asking their employees to do more with less, we consult, provide services and implement a communication plan that makes the process easier for our contacts to manage. Because we are doing the work of three vendors, we are adding efficiency and saving clients money in the long run,” says Phelps.

This particular project comes just after TriDigital Solutions recently announced two other large projects at the end of April. One project involved CD replication for a joint promotional venture between a national diaper brand and a major motion picture studio and entertainment company. That three-year, 350,000-unit project requires TriDigital to follow stringent FDA guidelines for integrating the units within the diaper packaging for national retail distribution. The other is a monthly CD replication and mailing project of 100,000 units for an international client.

“The past few months have been very good for our CD and DVD replication and duplication business. TriDigital Solutions will continue to seek innovative ways to help our clients distribute information in an affordable and expedient manner using the latest technology, materials and resources available,” says Phelps. “Being located in Indianapolis has helped us quickly become a national resource as companies are looking for a centralized manufacture and distribution point.”
