The Collaborative's activities are organized and managed by the Center for Health Care Strategies in coordination with RAND Corporation, with funding and leadership support from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Moving forward, the Collaborative will receive support from America's Health Insurance Plans.
