She was previously the national subrogation manager for Crum & Forster Insurance and has worked in multi-line claims for both personal and commercial lines carriers. She earned a paralegal degree in 1993, specializing in insurance litigation and was instrumental in creating subrogation initiatives and client development strategies for several subrogation companies. Leslie has spoken at many insurance conferences and has conducted numerous training classes for carriers and risk managers on benchmarking, best practices and the benefits of subrogation.
