National Association of Professional Women Inducts Sharon Scott, President/Independent Clinical Research Associate, Careers in Research, Into its VIP Woman of the Year

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Sharon Scott as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“It gives me great pleasure to present Sharon with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “She has created a valuable business enterprise for her community.”

Sharon Scott is President and Independent Clinical Research Associate at Careers in Research, Inc., which specializes in quality assurance. Since establishing the company in March 2010, she has developed a well-known reputation among her clients for her painstaking attention to detail, outstanding work ethic and superior customer service.

“Clients provide me with notes and guidelines and monitoring reports and expense reports are completed and turned around in two days or less,” said Ms. Scott. “Rates are reasonable and details are included.”

Ms. Scott ensures that confidentiality is observed and that only the highest standards of excellence are adhered to. To date, her outstanding services have consistently satisfied the expectations of her clients. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, and is currently involved with ACLP and DIA. Outside of her remarkable
professional pursuits, Ms. Scott is a devoted supporter of charitable organizations, including the Red Cross and her local church.
