“It gives me great pleasure to present Cathy with this important honor,” said NAPW President Star Jones. “I applaud her for using her expertise to build a successful business enterprise.”

Dr. Cathy Chargualaf founded Life Esteem and the Life Esteem Wellness Center in 1996, where she provides educational programs, holistic life coaching and spiritual counseling. “My mission is to raise awareness of integrated health through education, coaching and resources on practical skills in life and health to awaken a more meaningful life and existence,” she says.

Offering both private and group sessions, Dr. Chargualaf also facilitates workshops and retreats that are based on the elements of the Life Esteem Circle of Wellness, which is comprised of eight key areas: spirituality, social life, relationships, happiness, self-development, career, physical health and nutrition. “Sessions assist individuals in balancing their life through health and lifestyle choices. We take a holistic approach to address the whole person’s mind, body, and spirit,” Dr. Chargualaf says. “The journey is one of renewed wellness, balance and inner peace.”
