MyCareTeam™ Significantly Extends Diabetes Offering to Include Management of Hypertension, Obesity, and Congestive Heart Failure

MyCareTeam, Inc., a leading vendor of Internet-based chronic disease management software, has released the newest version of its software offering. The new release now includes hypertension, congestive heart failure and weight management capabilities in addition to the existing diabetes monitoring features.

Acton, MA. (PRWEB) December 2, 2009 -- MyCareTeam, Inc., a leading vendor of Internet-based chronic disease management software, has released the newest version of its software offering. The new release now includes hypertension, congestive heart failure and weight management capabilities in addition to the existing diabetes monitoring features.

Due to the strong demand from clinical users, support for new meters has been added. The newly supported meters include ARKRAY Vital and ReliOn Confirm. In addition to adding the ARKRAY meters, MyCareTeam has added Apple Mac support for the popular LifeScan glucose meters in the new release.
