My Family, Inc. Announces the Launch of its Redesigned Website
Date:9/6/2013

Riverside, Calif. (PRWEB) September 06, 2013

My Family, Inc. (MFI) is pleased to announce its redesigned website, which is now fully operational. MFI has been providing alcohol and drug treatment services to communities in California since 1972. Over the years, MFI has made updates and modifications in order to continue to provide the best possible care to clients. Now with a new design, the MFI website offers better accessibility to program information for the clients and families it serves.

"Keeping up with the times is not always easy to do, but at MFI, we believe that doing so allows us to offer the best possible care to our clients. MFI has been helping people since before the computer era, and when it became evident that updating our website would allow us to help more people, we made the decision to redesign," said Craig Lambdin, MA MFT, Executive Director of MFI.

MFI offers treatment services to those suffering with drug or alcohol abuse disorders. Licensed therapists focus not only on physical and mental health, but emotional and spiritual recovery as well in order to help clients heal all aspects of their life. Through 12-step programs, drug and alcohol treatment, and relapse prevention, MFI programs help individuals overcome their addiction and get back to their life.

Staff at MFI know that each client is different, and each treatment program must be designed to meet the client's specific needs. My Family, Inc. provides individualized treatment programs for men, women, adolescents, and families. MFI also offers an innovative employee assistance program (EAP) that provides help to employees in need of treatment. The EAP employee stabilization program allows individuals to participate in evening therapy sessions so that they can recover around their work schedule. MFI counselors also conduct substance abuse education seminars in the workplace for employers who want to provide further information and support to employees.

MFI provides a range of services that guide the client through the entire recovery process, including: drug and alcohol detox services, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and alumni services. The beginning of treatment is detoxification, during which time the patient's body is cleansed of drugs or alcohol. After detox, the individual enters residential treatment, where they take part in group and individual intensive therapy. Outpatient treatment is offered for those who are able to live at home and attend therapy during the day. Alumni services help those who have completed the treatment program of MFI and are in need of extra support to prevent relapse.

MFI uses proven programs and methods to help clients recover completely, and staff continues to stay informed of the latest research. "Whether it is updating our website, staying current on the latest methods of care, or modifying our programs and facilities, we always strive to offer the most accessible and highest quality of care," Lambdin said,
