Muscular Development Store Releases the Optimum Performance Workout for High Intensity Training

Following on the heels of the its hugely popular 'Navy Seal 9-Week Training Plan', Muscular Development Store has developed another original workout plan - The Optimum Performance Workout - backed by thorough research and a wide sampling of scientific studies.

In an effort to distinguish itself from sites offering fad workouts and diets plans, Muscular Development Store has taken to creating original workout and diet plans, often designed by Ph.D.s and backed by extensive scientific research. Their latest workout plan - The Optimum Performance Workout - uses a combination of high-stress weight training exercises to build strength and explosive movements, to build power. It was designed to trigger hormone systems that induce muscle protein synthesis and to maximize fat loss as well.

The Optimum Performance Workout, therefore, begins with light weights and progresses slowly.
