Murad, Inc., Hires Lori Jacobus as Vice President of Global Marketing

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Murad, where skincare meets healthcare(R), today announced the appointment of Lori Jacobus as the company's new Vice President of Global Marketing beginning March 24th, 2008. Jacobus will take a pivotal lead in driving brand growth and equity through strategic global marketing initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, driving product development, increasing brand profitability and developing an overall growth strategy.

Jacobus has spent her career in advertising, beginning at Sachs, Finley & Company. Jacobus then served as Executive Vice President at renowned advertising agency ICEbox. There she was responsible for global viability of the agency and developing top level advertising strategies across a broad range of clients and categories, utilizing branded, direct response and hybrid media, nationally, locally and regionally for television, out-of-home, magazine, newspaper, radio and internet.

A native of Santa Monica, California, Jacobus studied marketing at UCLA. She presently resides in Malibu, California.
