EL SEGUNDO, Calif., May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Murad, Inc. announced today the appointment of Fernando Braga, Jr. as the company's new Director of International Business for Latin America. In this position, Braga will develop Murad's Latin American market, increase the brand's presence in key areas, identify prospective partners and create new momentum for Murad in Latin America.

Braga comes to Murad from Dermalogica where he served as the Regional Director for Latin America. While there, he implemented advertising strategies and promotions in several countries, designed business plans and built a reliable distributor network. Prior to Dermalogica, Braga served as the Regional Manager of O Boticario, where he developed and managed over 420 of Brazil's premier beauty and cosmetics retail establishments, and was the Marketing Operations Manager at The Coca-Cola Company.

Braga is a native of Brazil with over 18 years of management experience in sales, marketing and business development. Braga holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).
