Multiple Skechers Lawsuits Filed on Behalf of Consumers Who Suffered Serious Stress Fractures Allegedly Due to Wearing Shape-Ups, by Wright & Schulte

kechers lawsuit alleges that a woman from Rochester, New York (Case No. 3:13-cv-00127) was diagnosed with a stress fracture in her lower left leg (her tibia or shinbone) after walking in unstable Skechers toning shoes on a daily basis. All of these painful Skechers stress fractures required the plaintiffs to wear some type of cast or boot, which prevented all of them from being able to work for months.
